HR Technology
Technology allows organizations to improve efficiency so that you can focus on strategy. From inception through implementation, I have successfully led HRIS projects that have reduced FTE costs, HCM activities for management and HR/Payroll/Benefits administrative hours. I am well versed in UKG Pro, Paycor, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Taleo, SAP and ADP systems.
Training & Development
Employees today expect training & development to go beyond onboarding and be delivered in modern, practical applications. I have created development foundations at the new hire, department, ongoing and management levels. Whether an e-course or live, I can help your organization establish a culture of learning that is management-led and employee driven.
