Hi, I’m Chanel Nelson.

I’ve spent over 15 years of my HR career, finding opportunities to work better, smarter, and faster.

I have a passion for HR technology, ethical AI, and the advancement of people. The pandemic has exposed how the priority of HR impacts the bottom line and has changed the way we will work forever - in a good way. Peoply helps companies get up to speed in their HR systems, practices, and compliance to ensure they are leading and shaping the future of work.

I have experienced many successes within Performance Management, Associate Relations, Payroll, Benefits, Succession Planning, Compensation, and Workforce Planning functions. My expertise and passion lie within HR Technology, HR Compliance, Talent Management and Training & Development.

From inception through implementation, I have successfully led HRIS projects that have reduced FTE costs, HCM activities for management, and HR/Payroll/Benefits administrative hours. I have extensive experience working with clients to implement talent acquisition software as a Project Management, Solution and Delivery consultant. I am well versed in Harver, UKG Pro, Paycor, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Taleo, SAP and ADP systems.
